In 1975 Neville and Robin Yates re-established "Neville's Store" to a Takeaway/Groceries/Corner Store.  It was previously known as Brown Street Store. For over 31 years Neville and Robin ran a very successful Corner Store, to this day people still come into the shop and reminisce about the ‘Good old Days’ with Neville and Robin, and to this days still have people coming in asking about the famous duo.

In 2006 Neville and Robin sold the store to Dave and Tracey.  During their time with a bigger and better Woolworths opening up only a few blocks away Dave and Tracey were forced to rebrand their business into a new direction.  Gone were the days of the corner store grocery shop with competition only a few blocks away and not being able to compete with prices.  They created more of a takeaway shop with an American style and introduced eat in and self serve gelato for all to enjoy.  

In November 2019 Gary and Lisa bought Neville’s.  After more then 46 successful years the Iconic Neville’s Store was forced to undergo extreme renovations due to a fire on Good Friday 2020. The menu and the quality of the food did not change, however it was an opportunity to introduce new items to our menu and extend our trading hours.  The renovation saw a new and improved store with a better look and a bigger and better range. 

To this day we will continue to provide a high level of customer service, and serve quality food and drinks to our customers. We will always be on the lookout for new ideas/stock to improve our business.
